Cancellation policy
Appointments require a credit card for reservation.
I respectfully ask that you allow more than 48 hours
notice if you must cancel an appointment.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or
missed appointments will be charged 50%.

Refund Policy
​
I take pride in, stand by and guarantee my work & product suggestions at Jan's Skin Spa. If it is within seven days of your original service or product purchase and you are unsatisfied, I would like to consult to resolve the situation with a possible suggestion of other alternatives. Jan's Skin Spa cannot give refunds on service, product or gift certificate purchases. This will be a store credit only.

Health conditions
While making your reservation, kindly advise me of any health conditions,
allergies or injuries that may affect your service.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers 13 weeks or later into pregnancy.
Please allow me to guide you in selecting a suitable treatment.

Children
​
Absolutely no children under the age of 10 are allowed in the treatment room. There is hot wax, hot towel warmers and various machines that could seriously injure a curious child. No children are to be left in the spa lobby while parents are receiving services.

Illness
​
If you are sick or have a contagious cold, please reschedule your appointment. The health of myself and clients after you is of utmost importance to keep the business running smoothly.
​
Gratuity
​
Gratuity is not added into the cost of your service. If you are happy with your service, it is customary to tip your therapist. Standard tipping starts at 15%, but this is of course up to your discretion.
